I'm wondering whether kghostview is a needed dependency to install kdeprint.
There are a lot of other PS-viewers avilable - and furthermore the default for a preview of files to be printed is "gv".

I am only assigning this to kde@ under the assumption that you are requesting that kghostview be made a dependency of kdeprint.

kdeprint supports kghostview, not the lot of other PS-viewers.
If you think this should be fixed, talk to upstream. I personally wouldn't bother, since there's no kdeprint for KDE 4.
