Where did that "sys-kernel/atl2" ebuild come from? You appear to have sunrise as overlay but atl2 isn't in it. Oh right, that's https://arcon.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/arcon/trunk/overlay/sys-kernel/atl2/ or arcon's overlay. Please seek support from the [URL] instead.
