qscintilla attempts to use the "qscintilla-2.2-qt4.patch" patch but it is not in the files directory. Build succeeds if the "qscintilla-2.1-qt4.patch" is symlinked to the new name.

qscintilla-python attempts to use the "qscintilla-python-2.2-nostrip.patch" patch but it is not in the files directory. Patch does not apply if renamed or symlinked.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. sync
2. attempt to install said versions of package
3. observe error

Actual Results:  
Ebuild fails at src_unpack() because of a missing patch

Expected Results:  
Ebuild succeeds
