In the RC-4 install CD. copyright notice says 2002.

My 1.4 final livecd d/l'd on 9-28-03 has "Copyright 2001-2003". This appears
to have already been fixed.

Moving these so we can remove the "Install CD" component from "Gentoo Linux".

I apologize to everyone for this spam, but according to the bugzilla developers,
this is the only reasonable way to do this.
