I have python compiled with Tk support, and this package still won't install.

 * You need to recompile python with Tkinter support.
 * Try adding: 'dev-lang/python tk'
 * in to /etc/portage/package.use

 *

I've done exactly as suggested here (even though the USE flag was already set), and the result is the same.

 * You need to recompile python with Tkinter support.
 * Try adding: 'dev-lang/python tk'
 * in to /etc/portage/package.use
