x11-libs/guile-gtk needs to be rebuild after some changes involving libtool and guile. I can't tell exactly what changes; the symptoms for me were (in temporal order):
- sys-devel/libtool-2.2.4 was enabled for ~, breaking packages linking against libltdl.so.3
- dev-scheme/guile was among the broken packages, thus was recompiled
- sci-electronics/gwave failed to build (see also package.mask)

The problem was that the build process for linking against guile-gtk required -lguile-ltdl at some time, which was not provided by guile any more. Re-emerging guile-gtk solved the issue. Running revdep-rebuild did not show any problems, it must have been something like pkgconfig.

Actually it seems jer/rej was faster.
