Updated Copy of the rcenter tool for emu10k1 soundcards

This lets you use the remote control
needs the emu10k1 drivers (can use those in the new 2.5+ kernels under the non alsa drivers)

needs the emu tools

Commited (~x86 masked). Let me know if there are any issues. I don't have the hardware to test this...
