x86 is already marked stable by maintainer

@maintainer, I only see io_lib-1.8.12b-r1. Is this what you want stabilized?

Martin:

No need to mark this stable on arches other than x86 as nothing depends on a stable io_lib in any arch except x86. Thanks anyway.

Other arches:

Feel free to reopen if you really want to stabilise io_lib on your arch.

Olivier, but bioperl requires it, or the ebuild should at least. If not, stabilize bioperl as well on amd64. ;-)

This is already stable.
