Bug 222651 – Circular dependancy sys-apps/mktemp and sys-apps/coreutils

[blocks B     ] >=sys-apps/coreutils-6.10 (is blocking sys-apps/mktemp-1.5)

 * Error: The above package list contains packages which cannot be
 * installed at the same time on the same system.

Can't emerge loads of programs including but not limited to gimp, cedega and some others.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.freshly install amd64 gentoo
2. emerge --sync
3.try to install coreutils 

Actual Results:  
# emerge -pv mktemp

These are the packages that would be merged, in order:

ALL LOOKS FINE THERE.

I HAVE ADDED BOTH PACKAGES TO /etc/portage/package.keywords with ~amd64(just for a try).

Expected Results:  
supposed to install software...You guys know that better than i do anyway...

Unmerge mktemp and then upgrade coreutils immediately.
