No one care about Bug 218673 and Bug 218674. They have been left there for a long time.
I don't know how to do and what to do. I have to report this bug. 

Who can help us?
Please do us the favour to pay attention to. 
Where are the developer? How could we take your notice? 
We are suffering...

Maybe I am wrong. Maybe developers are working on the both bugs. If so, please let us know. Thank you.

Please, do take developers time opening new nonsense bugs. Each developer at base-system alias receives about 50 mails per day which require some attention. So, please, stop taking even more of our time. Said bugs already have developers CC'ed and as soon as they found some time bugs will get their attention. If you have some time try to understand what's going wrong by yourself. If you don't know how to proceed then just wait. Thank you for understanding.
