Is really intended that dummy package scrollkeeper-9999 is stable and not masked? I have the following packages installed on my system depending on scrollkeeper and I doubt that the just want the dummy:

Yes, that's really intended. scrollkeeper-9999 depends on radian, and radian provides the scrollkeeper utilities all those other programs expect.

Except, of course, radian should be rarian. Sorry about that.
