The ebuild for monkeyd does not include an init script for starting & stopping
the daemon. I'll attach one to this bug.

The stop function is a bit complicated because monkey often doesn't stop,
complaining "Error: Port busy.". When this happens, the script attempts to kill
the process using the PID from the pid file. Failing that it exits with an error.
