kev-ws-amd64 etc # /etc/init.d/irqbalance start
 * Starting irqbalance ...
 * start-stop-daemon: did not create a valid pid in `/var/run/irqbalance. [ !! ]
 * ERROR: irqbalance failed to start

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install Baselayout2/OpenRC
2.Start irqbalance
3.Epic fail

It seems a fix is in the tree but still key worded for some reason.  Stable req?
