It seems that the file OOo_2.2.1_LinuxIntel_install_en-US.tar.gz is no longer available for download through the openoffice mirror system, and therefor breaks the app-office/openoffice-bin-2.2.1 ebuild. A look at the openoffice.org website seems to indicate that they are no longer providing the generic linux install package, only rpm and deb packages.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attempt to emerge app-office/openoffice-bin-2.2.1
2. All mirrors listed for the file download through the OO mirror system will fail

Openoffice-bin 2.2.1 hasn't been in the tree for months, you really should update your system...
