1st, gnome overlay is not very stable and when I update, the msg is fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly when I try git clone manually.

2nd, I do not see any blocking in gail...

3rd, automake --add-missing --copy will always fail when emerge gtk+ or nautilus from gnome overlay

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge -1 x11-libs/gtk+-2.13.0
2.emerge -1  =gnome-base/nautilus-2.23.1

1) is up to infra

2) just fill a separate bug or come to #gentoo-desktop, that'd be fixed faster

3) there is no indication whatsoever about which package the automake log comes from, there is already bug #219396 for gtk+

Marking INVALID because we prefer separate bugs for separate issues and most complaints are already being taken care of.
