The libepc library is needed by the "publish" plugin of media-video/totem, used to share playlists using the Bonjour/Zeroconf service discovery facility. It would be nice to have the plugin activated in official ebuilds, so I am attaching the needed libepc ebuild. I have built Totem with the "publish" plugin added and It Works For Me™  :-D

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to build Totem with the "publish" plugin enabled.
2. Building Totem fails :-(

Actual Results:  
I cannot build Totem with the "publish" plugin.

Expected Results:  
Totem should be available with the "publish" plugin built, so I can share stuff with my roommates :D

updated ebuild with -j1

It does not build with make -j3, I forced -j1 and file a bug upstream http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=532236

adding gnome since we are likely takers of this lib. I wrote an ebuild for 0.3.9 that I just commited to the overlay.
