Sorry, but I cannot reproduce this. Does it still happen after you remove /usr/portage/distfiles/ExtUtils-ParseXS-2.18.tar.gz and re-fetch? Reopen if yes. Yes, it still happens after I remove /usr/portage/distfiles/ExtUtils-ParseXS-2.18.tar.gz I realize this ping-pong might be pretty much boring, but please make sure that you've synced your tree recently and that you're using a mirror that is fresh enough (ie. something supported by us), not some company-internal service etc. Please reopen again if that all is the case.
