eix reports all stable ebuilds masked. (red text, with a * infront) . This is fixed in the unstable eix 0.12.4 . The pastebin in the url clearly demonstrates the problem, the resault is simaler for all querys.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install a base amd64 system, I personally started from the 2008 beta1 stages (but have since updated) .
2.install eix and create the db
3.query
