Bug 219597 – sys-apps/coreutils-6.10-r2 fails FEATURES="test" without net connection

I have a test machine which is only on the local subnet, it does not have access to the internet. This package fails when FEATURES="test" is employed because it can not contact some internet sites.. I think this should not cause the entire build to fail.
