The sys-apps/mlocate-0.20 distfile is named "mlocate-0.20.tar.bz2?format=raw" instead of "mlocate-0.20.tar.bz2" in /distfiles on all checked mirrors. A 404 is received when attempting to download the file.

Actual Results:  
Receive 404

Expected Results:  
Download tarball.
