built against kde-3.5.9, works as expected.

Tested function with some screen, irssi and other comsole stuff.

Didn't have any LINGUAS set.
Can't test xinerama USE due to lack of 2nd monitor
Won't test arts USE die to personal bias (loathing) ;)
