Adding Michael Sterrett to CC which is Gentoo's GQview maintainer.

Geeqie is a fork of GQview.  From the project's homepage (http://geeqie.sf.net/):
"Geeqie has been forked from gqview project, because it was not possible to contact gqview author and the only maintainer. Geeqie projects goal is to move the development forward and also integrate the existing patches."

slightly altered the previous ebuild, changing license to GPL-3, and adding lirc use flag (as noted in readme)

USE configuration fix.

Looks like current ebuild use incompatible way to alter configuration depending on USE flags. It use use_with, but configure script expect --enable-feature or --disable-feature, so I replace use_with on use_enable.

Also I add small fix to src_install(). After installing geeqie via old ebuild in /usr/share/doc have been created 2 folder - geeqie-1.0beta1 and geeqie-1.0_beta1. Via my version - only geeqie-1.0beta1.

Also compilation failed when I have media-gfx/exiv2-0.15, so I add minimal version of exiv2 in dependence.

Thanks everyone, geeqie-1.0_beta1 is in portage now, with a few additional changes, like EAPI2 for correct DEPEND for XMP metadata
