CUPS installs filters in /usr/lib/cups/filters, but it looks for them in PATH so
no printing works until you do ln -s /usr/lib/cups/filters/* /usr/bin.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge cups
2. set up printer
3. try printing anything -- it gives an error

Actual Results:  
See details.

Expected Results:  
Printed something.
