media-sound/wavpack-4.41.0 fails to compile with gcc-4.3.
It seems it is rather cumbersome to patch it cleanly.
For the moment, it would be sufficient, if the compiler option
   -flax-vector-conversions
is passed when gcc-4.3 is used.
