I am sending instructions on accessing our private source mirror to <[e-mail]>.  Please update the rsync scripts for your source repository to point to this server and let us know when you've done so.

Also, a spot check of the mirror shows the last sync was done close to 24 hours ago.  Can you make sure you're updating every 4 hours, starting at 00:00 UTC time?

I've added 192.117.122.104 to the access list for rsync1.us.gentoo.org.
Please update your rsync cron jobs to point to rsync1.us.gentoo.org
and post back here when you've done so.  We'll monitor the server 
for a couple days to make sure things are working fine and then add 
it to the rotation.

gentoo-portage now being updated from rsync1.us.gentoo.org
gentoo now being updated (and fully synched) from the dedicated server

The machine is ready to assume responsibility for both tasks.

I tried to access http://beak.hamakor.org.il/pub/mirrors/gentoo/ today and received a 404 error.  Is this source mirror still available?

It was my mistake in the origianal report. Sorry.

The address is http://mirror.hamakor.org.il/pub/mirrors/gentoo/ and http://mirror.hamakor.org.il/pub/mirrors/gentoo-portage/ (as it is with the rsync sources). The alias was new at the time, and so my confusion. I appologize.

I had some connectivity issues in June and July.  I'm monitoring this
server again.

I've added the server as rsync1.il.gentoo.org.  Please update your motd to 
include that info.  I've also subscribed [e-mail] to our 
low volume mirrors mailing list.
