Building net-mail/kolabd fails with missing dependency net-mail/cyrus-imapd-2.3.9-r20.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge kolapd

changing the dependency from =net-mail/cyrus-imapd-2.3.9-r20 to =net-mail/cyrus-imapd-2.3.9-r21 or
=net-mail/cyrus-imapd-2.3.11-r20
could possibly fix the issue.
