Bug 218047 – Cups 1.3.7-r1 print server no longer working

Within the last week or so, printing to this machine no longer works. This was setup as a cups server but can't get it to work anymore
have seen same problem on mailing list

I think you forgot to describe the actual problem. "No longer works" lacks detail. I also wonder if bugs.gentoo.org is the proper forum as long as you haven't established what exactly is wrong with the *software*.

Frankly, I don't know, but I saw the very same problem on the mailing lists here

with unfortunately no solution. 
What do I do to give you more info, what exact commands do I run in konsole?
All I can tell you right now is that a few days ago, printing from remote machines to this one worked, after the updates of the last few days, it doesn't.
