Build log for HPPA
I've got a different compilation error with media-video/mplayer-1.0_rc2_p26450 than what is described here. Build log and emerge --info output is attached. Created attachment 149808 [details]

(In reply to comment #2) > I've got a different compilation error with media-video/mplayer-1.0_rc2_p26450 > than what is described here. Then why didn't you file a new bug report? > Build log and emerge --info output is attached. Your build appears to be ignoring your sane CFLAGS of "-march=native -O2 -pipe" and uses "-O4 -march=x86-64 -mtune=generic -pipe -ffast-math -fomit-frame-pointer" instead. I have the same problem as virdiq; I've opened a new bug at http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=217858 Can someone on non-x86 try out media-video/mplayer-1.0_rc2_p26454 for me still failing the same way (PowerPC64) What happens if you disable the cpudetection USE flag before compiling mplayer? (In reply to comment #7) > still failing the same way (PowerPC64) Same for HPPA. (In reply to comment #8) > What happens if you disable the cpudetection USE flag before compiling mplayer?
