Rosegarden (1.6.1) installs and runs just fine. But on startup it says that lilypond and XML-Twig are needed to enable certain features. That was no big problem since I could just emerge them, but perhaps rosegarden should depend on them or at least be emerged when a specific useflag is set.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.don't have lilypond and XML-Twig installed
2.Start Rosegarden
3.Notice the two warnings

Those are optional deps, it's up to you to merge them or not. USE flags are not there for similar automagic deps.
