NVRAID5 (and I assume Intel raid5) need the dmraid45 module.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a "fake" mobo raid 5 created from BIOS or Windows. 
2. Boot into livecd and attempt to activate
3. dmraid -ay

Actual Results:  
device-mapper target type "raid45" not in kernel

Expected Results:  
Target should be activated correctly if module is present.
