Currently, the only stardict program in portage is app-dicts/stardict. However, there is at least one more program that works like stardict: QStarDict (see bug 184571).

Thus, I'm requesting that virtual/stardict should be created. Here are the required changes:
* Create virtua/stardict ebuild
* Add PROVIDE="virtual/stardict" to app-dicts/stardict ebuild
* Modify stardict.eclass do DEPEND="virtual/stardict"
* Remove all RDEPEND lines from app-dicts/stardict-* ebuilds (they all currently depend on >=stardict-2.4.2)
* Add RDEPEND to stardict.eclass

I think that's all.

(By the way, there are several open bugs about new dictionaries to stardict. I'm adding many dictionaries to my own local overlay, and I think most of them should hit the main portage tree)

Please add this remark to bug 184571. AS long as we do not have another stardict compiant program in the repository, there's no point in adding such a virtual.
