Yelp's ebuilds cause mozilla-firefox to be emerged even when mozilla-firefox-bin is already installed.  This seems wrong.

I believe the causative line is:

!xulrunner? ( =www-client/mozilla-firefox-2* 

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
builds mozilla-firefox

Expected Results:  
should accept mozilla-firefox-bin as adequate

firefox-bin doesn't provide the necessary header files.
