Bug 216167 – 2007.1 profile removed with portage 2.1.4.4

I installed with the install-x86-minimal-2007.1.iso because at the time it was the latest on the mirrors. The iso and profile has now been removed. An einfo message to rm /etc/make.profile and create a new profile if you are using this profile would help. When I installed I did not know this was a dev profile. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge --sync
2.emerge portage
3.emerge anything

Actual Results:  
/etc/make.profile is not a symlink and will probably prevent most merges.

Expected Results:  
emerge completed successful

There was never a 2007.1 installcd released to the mirrors.

The 2007.1 profile was in a dev subdirectory, most likely with a note that said that it was a development profile and not for general use. The 2007.1 release never happened, so the profile was removed.
