Please stabilize mathomatic-12.8.8. src_test should be ok.

It looks like this issue was fixed in a newer version I just bumped.
Could you give it a try? Then we'll postpone the stabilization for another 30 days.

sci-mathematics/mathomatic-12.9.1 works nicely.
