Mounting an encrypted partition with "-oencryption=blowfish-256 -ophash=unhashed2" does not work anymore with 2.13.1, while it does work when downgrading to 2.13-r2.

The error message I get:
ioctl: LOOP_SET_STATUS: No such file or directory

This occured after the update to 2.13.1.

you probably forgot USE=loop-aes
