Emerging app-accessibility/accerciser-0.1.0 dies with a can't fetch error

1. emerge accerciser
2. Watch it die
Actual Results:  
The package failed to emerge due to fetch error

Expected Results:  
The package is emerged properly

Performed an emerge --sync to make sure everything was in check.

No such package in the tree. Please don't file bugs for third party overlays here.
