Just added to CVS. Thanks!

I've made the following changes:

USE_RUBY has no meaning for gem ebuilds, so I've removed it.
SRC_URI is usually the default, this is already provided by the eclass.

I've also noted that the code builds against the evolution-data-server files, so I've changed it to depend on that, and not just on runtime since the ebuild compiles code against it.
