apache2 refuses to start showing this message:

gnutls_global_init: The gcrypt library version is too old

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add -D GNUTLS to apache options
2. Try to start apache.
3.

Actual Results:  
It spits out the message written above.

Expected Results:  
Should start.

Let's continue to discuss this on bug#209984, I cannot reproduce this.
