tea 17.6.0 ebuild fails in the unpack stage because patch file is missing

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
ebuild -v =app-editors/tea-17.6.0
Actual Results:  
 * Cannot find $EPATCH_SOURCE!  Value for $EPATCH_SOURCE is:
 * 
 *   /usr/portage/app-editors/tea/files/tea-17.6.0-17.5.4-forced-cflags-and-compiler-warnings.patch
 *   ( tea-17.6.0-17.5.4-forced-cflags-and-compiler-warnings.patch )



Copied the existing tea-17.5.4-forced-cflags-and-compiler-warnings.patch to the required tea-17.5.4-forced-cflags-and-compiler-warnings.patch, regenerated the digest and ran the ebuild again, the ebuild patched without problems and compiled cleanly. Is the patch valid, just a filename mismatch?
