net-misc/networkmanager-openvpn-0.3.2_p20070621 die at compile with the folowing  error :

Possible unintended interpolation of @INTLTOOL_ICONV in string at ./intltool-merge line 96.

ebuild quick fix

This is a quick fix for the ebuild based on the idea from a redhat bug with similar error message.
