Bug 213730 – kde-base/kdepim-kioslaves-3.5.9 doesn't install kio_sieve.so

The summay has it all: the sieve kioslave is not installed and there seems to be no use flag to enable/disable it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install kdepim-kioslaves
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
No /usr/kde/3.5/lib/kde3/kio_sieve.so.

Expected Results:  
Installed /usr/kde/3.5/lib/kde3/kio_sieve.so.
