One of the packages that was installed during the emerge of Brasero was expat and it requested a revdep-rebuild be done. Upon performing the revdep-rebuild I noticed it installed the XML-Parser pearl package. I've noticed a few times, during large emerges, that packages will request a revdep-rebuild and are quite adamant about it being done immediately. Is there a way for emerge to stop and present a message for that package instead of just continuing on and ultimately failing out on a package later in the tree? |
