Needed for new kernel gentoo-sources-2.6.24-r3 and no open bugs. The following dependencies are needed to be stabilized as well:

dev-perl/Video-Frequencies-0.03
dev-perl/Video-ivtv-0.13

Both of those have been in the tree for for almost a year and a half without any open bugs.
