Bug 213271 – media-video/mkvtoolnix-2.2.0 does not build with dev-libs/libebml-0.7.8

When dev-libs/libebml-0.7.8 is installed, media-video/mkvtoolnix-2.2.0 fails with:

checking for libEBML headers version >= 0.7.7... yes
checking if linking against libEBML works and if it requires -DEBML_DLL... not found
*** The libEBML library was not found.

After downgrading to libebml-0.7.7-r1, there is no problem emergeing mkvtoolnix-2.2.0.
