ebuild for 0.8

The ebuild for 0.8 was already inside the package, but I forgot to tell everybody. It's now also attached. I verified that it worked on my system, but you probably need to test it, too.
Note that the ebuild now does handle i18n.

Thank you, Wolfram, for report and thank you Klaas for ebuild. Although I failed to run this package with my gprs modem package itself seems to be Ok and this failure is not regression, so I've bumped it. FIXED.
