As clearly noted on Bug 131108, this has been fixed in 2.4-r2 and newer. Get yourself a supported version, thanks. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 131108 *** unfortunately some precompiled applications like sybase and others wonts run on glibc >2.3 So PLEASE include the patch to 2.3 ebuild series of glibc ! Tough luck; not a Gentoo problem. most likely you're talking about errno/TLS problems rather than glibc >2.3 ... use the emul-linux-286-glibc-errno-compat package *** Bug 234381 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** erm, this is a dupe ... *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 131108 *** |
