As discussed in IRC, we need to better document the package move procedure that's in the dev handbook (and move it to the devguide). - outline what steps are needed and the order in which to do them more clearly - it's not just DEPEND you need to check, there's also stuff like built_with_use, etc. every reference in the tree needs to be changed. same with any of our documentation. - remind the dev that ${P}/${PF}/${PN} will change and they may need to update their ebuilds accordingly - adding an entry to /profiles/updates is listed twice - document slotmove - copy the ChangeLog instead of creating a new one so history is preserved
