Bug 21228 – can't apply patch

When I typed in the emerge command, I get this error after a half hour:
 emerge php mod_php mod_ssl
 * Failed Patch: 140_all_fontconfig-2.1-slighthint.patch!
 *

The .out file listed above didn't exist.

Reproducible: Always

the emerge fails

Expected Results:  
compile the php packages & ssl packages

sync again

try revdep-rebuild from gentoolkit

delete XFree86-4.3.0-patches-1.1.2.tar.bz2 from your distfiles dir
and try again
