I'm trying to get one of the knowledgable people to fix the ebuild. The program also needs a maintainer.

- the DESCRIPTION is horribly loooong
- no reason for RESTRICT=nomirror (plus, the no* form is deprecated)
- LICENSE is not valid
- KEYWORDS should never be stable for initial ebuilds
- src_unpack is default and redundant
- inherit eutils is redundant
- this needs to use one of the python eclasses to install
- the einfo in src_install is completely redundant as well

Oh, and ${D}\usr - > this isn't Windows, the other way round for the slash :)

Did I say that I would like some feedback on fixing the ebuild? I really hope you certainly did not think i'm releasing this as a finished ebuild. But thanks for the pointers.

It needs someone to fix the ebuild do you think you could upload a revision? What has it been replaced with when their are no official gentoo mirrors?

I was basing it on my  own system and did not change it back to mask.

Again, if you can fix it chip in.
