Description Eggert 2008-03-02 22:02:45 UTC
I entered dev-db/mysql-gui-tools into my /etc/portage/package.keywords file and was able to emerge the package without problems on my Gentoo AMD64 system. The appplication also works fine, I could connect to my MySql server and update some tables. From my point of view, the ~amd64 keyword can be removed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
emerge dev-db/mysql-gui-tools

dev-db/mysql-gui-tools has several open bugs, one of which is marked "Critical". Refer to http://tinyurl.com/2u4dyf

Until these bugs are fixed, the package cannot be marked stable. Also note that there is a 30 day wait period before a new package/new version of a package must remain bug-free before it can be marked stable.
